First contact with HR
A brief call to get to know each other and tell you more about the position.
Initial interview
It can be online or in person. We delve into your experience, motivation, and expectations.
For production and logistics profiles, a practical component is included.
Joint interview
Meeting with HR and the person responsible for the area. This is usually held in person at our facilities.
Only in some cases
Final Stage
For most positions: presentation of a business case.
Brief meeting with senior management or CEO.
